I’m so glad to be back in action. In this episode I’ll share a little about 1 of the tools I absolutely love! I just spent a year and a half deep-diving into getting my Clinical EFT certificate as well as a Tapping Out of Trauma and some further Stress Resilience coaching. What fun! The breakthroughs I have seen using these techniques have been incredible. It’s been a gift for myself and those around me.
In this episode, I share a little of that journey as well as an introduction to EFT and how it can help truly release stress, PTSD, and even physical pain.
