COCONUT, MANGO, AND CARROT SMOOTHIE đź’›

Yum!! This is made for summer refreshment and healing your body so it can function at its best.

I love this during a hot day to nourish my body OR in place of a dessert. If you tend to crave sweets, smoothies and blending your nutrients can be a great way to switch it up.

â–ş MAKES 2 SERVINGS
2 each Medium mangoes, peeled and pitted
1 each Small carrot, peeled
2 tbsp Unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lime juice
1 cup Filtered water
2 cups Ice OR 1 cup filtered water
Garnish: lime wedges

â–ş DIRECTIONS
Place all of the ingredients, except the garnish in a high powered blender. Start on low, and then increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.
