Hello friends, the Resilient & Thriving podcast with Coach K has launched! I’m super excited. I’ve wanted to do this for a long time, but

As a holistic health & nutrition coach, a running coach, a movement specialist, and also specializing in trauma, beliefs, and emotional freedom. As you can see, that’s several areas, but really, they all come together in the grand picture of wholeness. It all came together as I journeyed towards piecing my own life back together and wanted to help others do the same. 

But in order to get there, I had to take baby steps. I had to be able to do things that didn’t take a lot of energy to do. And I had to keep my “why” right in front of me consistently in order to not give up. 

So that leads me to our 3 simple steps …

TOWARD SUSTAINABLE CHANGES IN YOUR LIFE SO THAT YOU CAN TRULY THRIVE:

I’d like to leave you with 3 steps towards making your health and wholeness journey one that is sustainable:

  1. Know why you’re doing it and keep that in front of you daily.
  2. Make it joyful and enjoyable. 
  3. Take baby steps.
