Who Am I?
My name is Kirsten Larsen, also known as Coach K. I'm a holistic health coach, stress resilience, and EFT practitioner. My journey has been a long one in the way of healing my body, emotional healing, trauma healing, transformational mindset techniques, emotional freedom techniques, learning nutrition, injury prevention, and more. All in all, what I've found is that we are designed to heal and thrive in our body, soul, and spirit. Your body wants to heal. If we are not, then there is usually a block keeping it from doing so. Along the way, my passion has become to help as many as possible remove those blocks that keep them from thriving in wholeness so that they can thrive in life, whether that's through nutrition, movement, or finding emotional freedom.
