Lemon Poppyseed Bliss Balls

Here's an amazing healthy dessert (or snack!) for this holiday season that everyone is sure to enjoy!

  • 3 cups Almond Flower
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp Poppy Seeds
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Roll the mixture into 16, 1 inch balls.

  3. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
