As a busy working mom of 3 kids 3 and under, I was struggling to find balance with my weight, nutrition, exercise, energy, self-care, stress and overwhelm.

Kirsten has saved my running. As an avid runner for over a decade, I have been riddled with injury for the last several years. I am in my 50’s and just figured it was time for me to give it up.

Need to break down the investment a bit? Here is your monthly payment plan where you’ll be charged 30 days apart for 3 payments total.
Normally, each of these individual coaching methods would be $300/month, or $4200 total for 12 weeks. Combining your movement, strength, nutrition, mindset, and resilience all in a personalized coaching program, packaged together to help move you towards your goals, allows you to really hone in on your focus from within one program.
DISCOUNTED PROGRAM INVESTMENT: $1200 or 3x $400/month.
